Developed to maximise space within the tight MK7 engine bay, this crossmember allows you to retain the factory Transit intercooler and 2.4 RWD radiator while providing the necessary clearance for a clean, reliable installation.

Designed around proven conversion builds, it bolts directly into the factory radiator crossmember mounting points and can be additionally secured to the crash bar for increased rigidity if required.

⚠️ EGR Coolant Pipe Clearance

The MK7 engine bay is extremely compact.

On engines retaining the original EGR coolant pipe, the blanking cap can sit very close to the radiator assembly.

For the best clearance, we recommend fitting a non-EGR coolant pipe, which removes this interference and provides additional space around the cooling package.

A compatible replacement pipe will be available separately as an optional upgrade.
